Corruptive Practices by owners of C.I.C.S. "Employment Services"

This family owned business has been allowed to operate too long in Lincoln City and the State of Oregon. The Ward family: Kip, Alex, Russ, Charles, Sally, Tracy & even the twins, have been spying on locate residences for too many years now. They are a family of sneaks, who engage in creating falsehoods and fabrications about anyone they can get information on. Knowingly merging files of bad people on to good ones in order to destroy an individual credit worthiness and reputation.

Their little credit check agency is just a front for what they really do, they have dossiers on everyone in town.

Beware here are the stunts they pull:

1. Paying someone (for pay) to intercept your mail, change your mailing address or send odd mail to your residence.

2. Notifying the local police department that they are investigating you again, creating a false story so when you call 911, the police don't respond.

3. Notifying the local Post Office you use, with another fake story, notice your mail opened lately? Make a formal complaint about the Wards on line to the Post Master General.

4. Tapping phone lines by using bugs or wifi scanning equipment. Stop using your portable hand set for your landline, disconnect it altogether, and switch to cell phone use only.

5. Bugging your home and vehicles, buy debugging equipment and use it.

6. GPS tracking your vehicles, run your car through the commercial car wash everyday, and then garage it at night.

7. Hiring (for pay) your neighbors, co-workers, and merchants from businesses you frequent to inform on you. After the Wards have created a negative and convincing story about you. Pass around a flyer about them, and a copy of this complaint.

8. Creating or approaching any adversaries they think they can recruit to publically harass you for benefit of hidden camera. Paying them to engage you in a public scene for benefit of hidden camera. Send an official letter, informing your adversary that if they continue to do business with the Wards you will put a County Stalking Order or Restraining Order on them.

9. Shadowing, stalking, and following you. Turn around frequently, never talk about your schedule, and never be predictable on your daily routes.

It is time this town YANKS their phony licenses, and their concealed gun permits!!!
