Bad service

I approached them to acquire a relationship to manage my parents' property, and after informing me a cost, which I had been authorized, they stated for me personally to contact to setup an appoinment to complete paperwork. For 3 months next, I named nearly every day, occasionally twice a day, however the supervisor would not return calls. I've never had the opportunity to listen to back from anyone within their workplace, but was never advised grounds why I really could not get my relationship.
