Ripoff

I am extemely upset to find out I have been ripped off by a young college woman selling magazine subscriptions in order to win a spring break trip to Cancun, Mexico. Back in December this woman whose name was "Wretha", knocked on my door. She was very outgoing to say the least and spoke very fast, making many jokes. I bought a $40 subscription to Cosmo and paid $20 cash and the rest in a check. She was very disappointed in the check, saying she would receive "less points" for checks. Never the less, I kept my reciept on my refrigerator and was happy to see my first issue arrive in February. I could KILL myself for this, but thinking all was fine, I THREW AWAY MY RECIEPT! After checking with Cosmo, they told me my account was canceled. I have not yet found out if a refund was issued, but I'm sure it was. If anyone has any info or if they have met "Wretha", please email me. I wish you all luck as it is up to us to work together. Sherry dunwoody, Georgia
