Ripoff enter a contest get published without your knowledge or permission London, UK, New York

I had been submitting poetry to Poetry.com / watermark press and i have submitted several poems to them. I have never sent them any money, but have submitted priceless poems from my heart. I have entered in there contests and have been written back, them always saying i am a finalist. I was considering to make my own book through them and then possibly having them published. So that is why i have not sent them any money at the time. I always thought that if someone liked my poems that much they would be getting my permission or contract with me or giving me a book, considering that they would be making money off from my poems. I never gave them permission to publish my poems. Recently i got a letter from this organization called Noblehouse publishers with several addresses without a phone number adresses London, Paris, New York, with the same idea as poetry.com asking me if they can publish my poems. And then if i wanted to buy the book I could American money of course being much higher. They also continued to say that they recently had the pleasure to read my poetry published in the United States which i never gave any body permission to do. The only place that i had submitted my poems was to the Poetry.com and was saving them there. I'm very curious to find out who has been publishing my poems here in the united states that did not ask my permission and is making money off from me. I immediately replied back to the letter that i recieved and the letter that i sent was returned back to me as an undeliverable address, (email) Nickki ogdensburg, New York
