Offering my yet-to-be publishd book on Bach six months ahead, used, at triple price

I have written a book on Bach Choral Music, to be published on November 15 by Amadeus Press, selling price $23. This outfit ANY_BOOK, operating through Amazon's site, are offering a used copy of the book at approximately $65. Of course, there can be noa such thing as a used copy of a book which has yet to appear as a new copy.

I wrote to them and have had no reponse. I also wrote to Amazon, and got swept up in the usual automated reply whirlwind.

What stinkers. Have nothing to do with ANY_BOOK, my friends.
