Charges $1.00 per month to my bank account - UNAUTHORIZED! P.O. Box 5152

I applied for a promotional $1 credit monitoring system, then I cancelled it immediately by calling in. For 13 months in a row now, they have continued to bill me $1.00 per month. I have sent repeated emails - along with my phone numbers to contact me and all the information they need to cancel it AND return the now $13.00 to my account. It's the principle of the thing. How many thousands of consumers are they ripping off and getting $1.00 per month from! It's a rip off! They have NO phone numbers where you can talk to a human being. I receive email replies saying they will respond and I will get the credit on my next bill. WHAT BILL? I received NOTHING from them. To get my $ back they must credit the $13.00 to my account. Although I called in immediately (April) - it shows my account was cancelled in October. So why do they keep billing even with the cancelled account? It's a rip off and something needs to be done with this company. I will not leave my account number on their website email as it is not a secured address. But they have all the registered information so they must have my account number on file. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!
