Used my credit card for there own personal use

Hi i signed up with suresellautos back on march 17 with them assisting me to sell my 2001 mercedes-benz that i had listed on craiglist for 20,999 but suresellautos contacted me and stated that they could get me more money then what i was asking for it and also have it sold in 2 weeks but as of yet have my car been sold.instead i had my credit card used multiple times there in the state of nevada and now i'm pursuing legal actions against the company.

Do not deal with this company at all because they would never do what they say they would do and also the reps i spoke with sound as if they were drunk or even high of some type of drug and i should have followed my first mind and then it would have saved me $499 and also my time dealing with the fraudulent charges that were placed onto my credit card so if you gave any rep your credit card information then chage back as soon as possible.
