The company never files the deeds. Go to their offices and look in the desk of the title person it is filled with documents that need to be filed. The only thing that this scum fonteno will file is if he is stealing your property. He forces his employees to sign everything because he is terrified he will be CONVICTED again. He loves to tell you that his conviction was only a miss understanding, yeah i guess when you steal several hundred thousand dollars of investor money that is what it is a misunderstanding. Do not buy anything from this idiot. He yells and screams at employees for doing exactly what he told them to do but he can't remember, then will be yell and scream at customers for not paying their mortgage or for trying to pay their taxes. This company prays on those who don't understand that they can manipulate. When an investor or customer raises their voices back to the stupid ass he hangs up on them. He will dish it but he can't take it. Guess he was raped repeatedly while in prison. Run from this company and man, you will not get your money from him and if you buy a property you will only lose it in time too.
