Service and Payment Not Received From Affiliatepros.net and All Teamed Up

Over a year ago I came across some ad which led me to signing up for Total Team Profit, then All Teamed Up, then their 3rd team build, My MLM Toolkit. At first, it appeared to be a legit matrix system with well organized sites. I was very WRONG. Last year in October, I purchases an email blast and guaranteed sign-ups from affiliatepros.net, which is another site run by Wayne Merritt, though there is no mention of that.

It is recommended as a very good company to get traffic. I soon noticed that affiliatepros.net was a sham as I only received one click (yes, that's right) from the campaign. Of course, i was told by Christina Merritt (the wife I assume) that it was most probably my poorly written ads result. BS!!! I was using the same ad through other advertising and was getting results.

Absolutely bogus reply. I asked for a refund of both campaigns, but did not receive it. It is now April 15th and I'm still waiting for the 3 Guaranteed Sign-ups I paid $99 for.in October I purchased a $100 banner advertising campaign that ATU was promoting. The deal was that you would have your link put in the pool for 1 billion impressions, and that you would get your initial $100 plus an extra $25 back once the campaign commenced. Guess what? It is April 15th and it hasn't commenced yet. Here are some posting from ATU backoffice voicing their concerns.

What happened to the $100 that we were supposed to get back plus the $25? I thought that we were supposed to see that in our back office at the end of January. I don't see anything and I don't see a support page anymore either for other things such as changing a password.

In one of your e-mails, you had someone else's user name and password for my Total Team Profit login. I wonder who got mine? I want to change my password for all the team builds plus ATU.

i must say that i am quite surprised with the lack of updates i have been getting about the so called billion banner imp that i willingly gave a hundred dollars to in good faith that i would get ti back and another 25 dollars extra i have not heard one single word in months its almost like you are trying to avoid the issue i think its only fair that you should bring people up to speed on what is going on I have been in this program ATU since its infantsy and i must say that this has not lived up to my expectations the only time i made any real money and that was MMT is when i paid for the persons position then like magic i cycled

It is my opinion that had i not paid for that member under me that i would still be there waiting to cycle forced matrix or not these matrices have turned out to be just like all the others only those who have the list will make the money i am very sorry that it has turned out this way i used to have so much faith in gregg and wayne but there just like everybody else over time i have noticed that the updates and conference calls have become non existent I would just like to have my $100 back i don't care about the extra $25 i just want out of this fiasco I gave it to you in good faith i expect you to return it the same way Thanks very disappointed Robert Peacock

As you can see they keep avoiding the banner issue and when forced to reply, they say they are working on it but have some technical issues or whatever to sort out. Again, total BS!!!

Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, luckily for me I purchased the $100 banner advertising through PayPal, so with the debacle over the advertising at affiliatepros.net I opened a dispute, soon after I heard from Wayne himself by email, asking me to close the dispute. I told him that I didn't trust them and wanted back the $100 first. Here are some of the emails:

I'm not playing a hostage game. I've been EXTREMELY patient and gave you the benefit of the doubt once before
and cancelled a chargeback, only to be severly disappointed. I will not make the same mistake again.

Don't dare attack me for complaining about shoddy service. My demand for a refund has nothing to do with ATU.
It is a refund for the services not provided by affiliatepros.net. I'm absolutely fed up with being ripped off online.

Wayne finally paypaled me the $100 and put $125 in my ATU account bringing the ATU total to $130. I tried to withdraw the money to Alertpay several months ago with no luck and again last week, and still no luck. Looks like Wayne doesn't want me to have it. Quite frankly, the money is no big deal, but my principles are. The service has been absolutely appalling, only when you take some form of extreme measure, do you hear from these people. Another point i'd like to make is that last year Wayne ranted and raved about people using paid sign-ups at ATU. He basically said that the leads were garbage and didn't work.

If that is the case Wayne, why is YOUR company, affilatespros.net SELLING them? You have more or less openly stated that affilatespros.net is a SCAM! And you are absolutely on the money. I think that it would also be safe for me to state that Total Team Profits, All Teamed Up and My MLM Toolkit (and whatever other site you are doing out there) are all SCAMS. I've joined all of these programs and after over a year have not one single person in my downline. What I think you guys are doing is just collecting all the one time fees, and hoping that people will not pressure you too much because you make this seem like a long term legit business, with your fancy websites, toolbars, and conferences (which stopped in January).

I posed some questions for Wayne on ATU's forum a few months ago and Wayne being true to form did not answer them, but instead deleted the Subject and Content of all my postings. Good one, Wayne! Are you guys planning your runner soon? You will get what you deserve in the end. I want everyone to know what scammers you are and I really don't think you have the integrity to pay back my money for services that were not received. This scam report was written more rushed than I'd like, there is so much more I'd like to write, but I'm out of patience and want these scammers exposed asap. I'm really disappointed and pissed off with this whole fiasco.
