Dishonest and rude service

I'd prefer to document a problem againt Beverly Hills View Co. At 227 S. Beverly Dr. 310 275-7000. I bought a brand new audermars piguet watch for 4,000$. It ceased following a couple of months. They guraranteed me they might restore or change it. ITs today a few months and that I still don't possess the view. They WOn't substitute or return it. They're really shady and rude.
