Ripped me off 400 dollars

OK - I tried-being nice for 6 months - I have been waiting 6 months for her to return my money to me - she keeps telling me next week, next week, next week - 6 months later - I put my trust and faith in her - that she would give me my money back - I call very week and get the same answer - now she is threating me saying she is going to call the cops cause I keep calling to get my money back - who is ripping who off here - I have all the paper work and I think I still have every phone call on record - I gave her till noon time to have a western union number supplied to me for my money - she missed the dead line and did not give it back to me - so now I will take action to get my money back with interest and what ever else - SHE IS A RIP OFF AND I have contacted Western Union to tell them about the scam she is running as well as I have contacted money gram - next step is a lawyer
