Charged my cc for merchandise that I did not order, they have no record of transaction. Bannockburn Illinois

I have ordered in the past, while reviewing my checking account I came across a charge for 75.65. I called to see what it was for, they had no record of the transaction. They told me it was a pre auth and did not post. I had to fax a paper to proove that it went through and they called and told me to call them so they can get the card information to credit the amount. I have called everyday for 2 weeks and no phone calls have been returned. I still have not got my money back.
