Washington DC region centered practices I've not been utilizing starpower (RCN) support for six months since I've transferred and that I have selected another greater ISP for my new house. I considered to allow my starpower consideration end in early Sept. So long as I don't do the restore. (the prior link was usually poor and that I couldn't look for a correct quantity to contact.) I'm not required to carry on make use of this support; consequently I'm not accountable to carry on the cost.

Additionally I've never obtained any kind of restore notice, the automated termination appears unaware. Nevertheless, I simply obtained a letter (the only real notice) from their store with a few very unpleasant phrases (something similar to they'll deliver my title to selection broker...) stated that I've to pay for 49.66 (for that month of september. To dec. 04) the support I never applied. The call quantity within the consideration is actually not exists anymore. I don't mind to spend my 50 bucks, but I simply believe company training is crazy, really poor and ridiculers.
