Over $50 to ship moldy food and incomplete orde

I placed an order for groceries to help a family member in another state who lost a job and was in need. I found Groceries-Express.com and expected a great service since they ship Fed Ex (which cost me OVER $50 on $80 worth of food to ship!). The order was placed on 3.21.09 and didn't arrive until 4.01.09 and when it did arrive, items were missing, some items were ripped open and other items were completely moldy and went straight into the trash! I will never do business with this company again if not resolved.
