I would like to know if i want an exchange because my oder was to large if it's free shipping both way, I would like to ship my order back for a smaller size and order another piece but can't get a live person on the phone, to ask question or order a knew piece, I've call 5 times in two days at about 2:30,3:00, AND 4:00,5:00 PM eastern time, ALWAYS a voice to leave message no boby called yet. Is it 1888-596-2761. Help
