Shoddy workman ship and extremely poor installation

The company installed new windows in my entire house and did not use any insulation before they put in the windows. Consequently, not only did my heating bill and usuage increase, the house was always chilly. They tried to blame the problem on the window manufacturer. (I'm afraid to think what my summer bill is going to be when I need the air conditioner.)
