I bought two sim-cards from Mobile Abroad, neither which worked. I approached the organization by both telephone and mail to see them-and request compensation or credit on the potential purchase and received no reaction. I subsequently delivered them the faulty cards with paperwork of purchase and explanation of the issue. After more than 8 weeks, again two have experienced no reaction.
