Thankfully something told me just calling their 'contact' number wasn't enough, especially when there was no way to speak to a customer service employee or forwarding number.
So when I searched and found my concerns well-founded I was extremely relieved not to have sent them any money. It seemed strange they wrote me that if I sent $30 they'd get my order out within 3-5 days, yet if I sent anadditional $25 it would be the next day ummmm no. My husband warned me, I'm so thankful others took the time to let us know about these thieves!
