Phone Scam company using my address as their own

I have recently been made aware by creditors of BBG Communications that they were using my office address as their office in Ireland. I went on line to check this out and was not only surprised to see that this was true but I was shocked to see the number of complaints being made against this company. I contacted them immediately in San Diego sending them an e-mail as well as phoning them. I have had to follow up with the following e-mail.

You have ignored my polite requests to remove my address as yours from your Irish web site. Therefore you are forcing my hand as your creditors are writing here for money you owe. This has the potential to damage my credit rating a prospect I will not allow to happen. You have seven days from 27-03 to remove my address from your web site and to post a notice on that web site that my address was mistakenly put up. Failure to do this and I will immediately proceed to issue High Court proceedings against you and hold you completely liable for all costs and if you do not know court costs in Ireland are always big.

I noticed that the official Failte Ireland web site was also promoting this company at my address and I have made contact with them to correct this with the following e-mail

Your offical website www.discoverireland. Ie has BBG Communications listed as having an address at 80 Ashgrove Kill Avenue Dun Laoghaire Co Dublin. This is not the case and As a result of your listing I am receiving phone calls from unhappy customers of this company. It appears that this company are rip off merchants and you appear to be promoting them. I also have creditors of theirs writing to me demanding the money they are owed and threatening legal action. Please remove my address from being associated with this company and please place an apology on your site for the address confusion. I expect this to be done immediately so that people looking up your website will be advised there was confusion. If you refuse or fail to do this I will seek a Court order to compel you to comply and I will seek all costs and damages from you. I will not write again this is the only opportunity you will be offered to correct this problem my next communication will come from my solicitors inviting you to join us in Court.

I am pleased that unlike BBG Communications who have changed nothing and made no contact discover Ireland acted swiftly and unpublished my address although it appears that Google may not be as obliging and are much more difficult to contact. So to clear up any confusion I have no part in this rogue company and they are not situated at my address.
