Scam Charge On My American Express i have no idea how they got my credit card information, but i am wanting to change my number after reading all the entries for this company ripping people off

I found a charge for 22.70 from legacy long distance, a company that i had never heard of. When i looked into it, i was told that they were running a scam and many people had false charges.
