Is a complete scam! Scammer, fish, store, pets, refund, scamme

Hi, I bought a fish pump from Superfishstore.com (through Amazon.com) on March 10th. I received the pump on March 139, but it was the wrong one. I called the company and they said they would be glad to refund me, when I send it back. I sent this pump via USPS signature delivery confirmation and they received it on March 16. However, the cowards at the superfishstore.com refused to sign for it, since they know they will have to refund me after I show that they received it. They wanted me to send it back to them via UPS, so they can say they didn't receive it because the signature isn't required. I filed a Better Business Bureau, Amazon, and credit card disputes against this scammer company. I am also going to the Texas state attorney general office and reporting them. Do not buy from www.superfishstore.com!!!
