Bad customer service

Do not buy from ThermiteMedia through Amazon or Ebay, or everywhere! I requested my product on Dec 26. It's today February 12, and after several correspondences heading no-where, I still do not have my product. Presently, I'd to resend a contact I previously sent a couple of days before simply because they stated they'venot obtained the e-mail declaring Amazon has shut the statements challenge, that we created, which allows them to reship them in my experience. And so Iam crossing my fingertips that they can have it through their brains that I require my paid for product today after 2, I stress 2 weeks! I can not obtain a reimbursement since it's been delivered out previously! Evidently it is dropped, Hi 2 weeks!!! But this mail using the shut challenge must encourage them to re ship it today. But just how many emails does it try assist a person out. 2 weeks worth? If this goes terribly, I am confirming them to Amazon! Distribute the term. ThermiteMedia are harmful to customers!
