The biggest rip off. It can be a good company if you never need to make changes or process returns on any products. This is where the ball gets dropped. Customer service is lacking. You nver talk to anyone in the unites States any longer. I have tried to get credit for a return since 2008. I have been told by a district manger this has been taken care of. I keep getting bills. I have spoken to at least five different account reps.in a foreign country about my account. They all take the info and explain it has been handled. I keep getting bills. What is the next recourse. I expect this to go to collections. I will never reccomend Avon to anyone... Jo
