Bad service

I began applying Vocalocityis telephone support since my buddy suggest changing to VoIP. She was utilizing Sunrocket on her house telephone and that I chose to utilize voip for my company.

Over The past 24 months my company went from having 3 workers to 19 and that I've provided all my company to vocalocity.

That Is no further the situation. I'm writing this vocalocity evaluation simply because they had a network interruption plus they constantly attributed the issues on my community. I have been spending them over $700 every month plus they don't care whatsoever. They simply state that anything is my problem which I have to purchase new telephones.

Well... I setup a check bill with another voip supplier and everything worked correctly.

They will not stop my support and proceed to provide me difficulty. I've submitted a using the FCC and my Step.

Vocalocity doesn't care to assist their clients as well as their support hurts. I have been burned by them-and is likely to be so pleased after they I'd like to consider my figures to a different supplier.
