Didn't stop service new tenants rack up a $600 bill

I've recently transferred back again to Aurora, Illinois after residing in Atlanta for three years. When I shifted into my new house I named Nicor Gas to be able to create support from their store and what I then found out was jaw dropping. And so I questioned them how this could be feasible plus they moved me to a different division. She subsequently shows me they did get a support launch in December easily once the support in my own title was shut off. Then when I questioned what might be completed easily might present evidence that I had been in Atlanta might they fall these costs she responded "you are able to deliver them if you like but you'll need to spend this statement if you like new support." I informed her that which was absurd and that I shouldn't need to base the statement for another person and was informed "Truly friend there's nothing you certainly can do about this. We're the only real company for that region." Its absolutley crazy this is permissible and all I will do is challenge it together to no-end simply because they do not actually care to hear, assist, or recognize genuine paperwork demonstrating that I had been not living as of this home.
