Does not pay his workers

I drove back and forth from San Francisco to San Jose and covered three days of work for Ray Barnes in November and December. We had an agreement of Net 30 days from date of invoice.

He has never paid me. When the invoices were over 30 days he began to disappear. He was impossible to get a hold of and began stringing me along with email and text excuses. He obviously has no intention of ever paying me. I didn't drive back and forth to san jose and cover jobs for three days for free.

Do not take work from this guy. If you do, ask for 50% upfront.
