Try Hours ripoff, Trucking companies with deceptive practices violators of Federal Leasing Laws

This expedite trucking company literally stole $3,000 from me.

When you sign on as an owner/operator driver, you are required by the company to allow them to deduct weekly payments of $50 up to a total of $1,000 for a security escrow deposit to be held by them until you or they terminate the lease contract.

They are required by Federal Leasing-In-Truth Laws to return your security escrow deposit within / no later than 45 days. I had 3 trucks leased on with them. 3 x $1,000 = $3,000 plus all accrued interest.

When the time came to payup, they instead sent their lawyer after me to back off. Druming up false charges and threatening to prosecute, full well knowing that for me to defend myself, it would cost me more than the $3,000 that they owed me. If they did it to me, they will do it to you too!
