I was with the company for over two years. I sold my home, but apparently the contract automatically renewed. Be sure to read your contract closely or you will be penalized for selling your home. These people were rude and not willing to work with you for any reason. I'm sure all security systems may work the same, but I felt like I wasn't allowed to sell my home because of a stupid alarm system.
