30 day return? - all types of jewelry

Their products and prices are good, HOWEVER... They say you have a 30-day return plicy, but be careful. I returned several items (not as many as I kept) and was BANNED! It seems that in the fine print somewhere, it tells you this. I think this should be made clearer, or you should get a warning that this may happen with the next purchase. I have never before been told that I could not spend money at a company, but that's how it's been with GemsTV for more than a year now.
