Non delivery on gift card

On Wednesday, February 11 I named to buy something special card for Valentines Day Present to get a complete club company at a price of 320.00. The lady explained that it'd be shipped that evening which I ought to obtain it on Thurs but possibly on Friday and in the latest on Sunday. I decided when I might have the chance to get the email before viewing my partner. The certification never came and that I was ashamed on Valentine's because of their mess. I named on Friday (Leader's Evening) and maynot get anybody. I named on Tues and spoke with 2 women the 2nd one guaranteed that she'd contact me straight back. Again it did not occur. Lastly on Thursday morning I named again and got not reply but 10 minutes later I obtained a phone from the guy in the Club who requested easily had examined my charge card to determine when the cost was onto it. I'd not examined in those days and he explained he was heading upstaeirs to confirm it. I subsequently examined my charge card organization as well as in reality the cost had seemed and was billed on Friday as thought. Joe subsequently called me back and stated that they'd deliver it out today Wednesday Feb 18. I hung-up after which believed it around and named back due to all the embarrassment that I'd previously endured. He decided to stop it but I'll never suggest the corporation to anybody again.
