Terrible experience

Requested out of this site on 3/3/09. Never got a confirmation page or mail by having an order quantity. Per week 5 passes and that I hadn't obtained my purchase, and so I named. There is a voice-mail introduction stating, 'Evidently we're unavailable...'. I believed which was peculiar to get a company. I situated a contact address and published an request in the place of making a note on 3/13/09. Since I have did not understand my order quantity, I supplied the remainder of my data, including title, tackle, and time period of my purchase. I acquired an instantaneous reaction stating 'we're not able to approach your demand at the moment. Please supply your purchase quantity, title and tackle, [etc.]' And so I wrote back, providing anything but my order quantity. I get another mail stating they can't look for a report of my purchase. This is peculiar, since I understand I put it, and got the site having said that my card have been billed. I got pissed.'Sorry we can not allow you to at the moment, your title isn't within our database'. Right. Which was 3 nights before, March 13th. While all was stated and completed, I informed the repetition when I visit a cost on my charge card for the corporation, I'd follow fraud costs. It was all-too bad.

Today, March 16th, I obtained a bundle that involved two of the three products I requested. The lost product was considered on back-order, but had no day or time period of after I might assume it. Our offer came 13 times after I requested it. After I got a glance at the advantages delivery day, you know what? The 13th, exactly the same evening I had been informed they'd no report of my purchase. They required 10 times to deliver my things and just did so after I faced them about not getting whether verification or my products. Fascinating how abruptly they DID have document of my purchase following a risk of a scam statement.

I sent again today to request once the product back-ordered could be available. I've received no reply.

I'm not assured I'll actually get the back-ordered product.
