Terrible experience

Publishers Clearing House demands that I still owe them cash to get a dvd regardless of the truth that I've posted hard copy paperwork the supposed debt was already settled entirely. Their reaction suggested that my cost 'was put on another purchase...'

Up to now PCH has did not create a comprehensive record showing in my experience HOW SO WHEN/WHERE my cost (s) have now been UTILIZED and also to which purchase (s)! PCH has clearly proven to me their indifference to pretty handling client issues. Today, my supposed debt continues to be switched to a group company.

I've submitted a conventional challenge using the collection company by which I surrounded a duplicate of my supporting paperwork showing for them that their debt-collection notice is unacceptable.

I've constructed and preserved, with time, a comprehensive document recording every deal with PCH in expectation of perhaps needing to face a problem similar to this. I will guarantee you that you will see no potential dealings with PCH!
