Incorrect pay-per download estimates because of new upload.com software bug

We desired to spot bid on our item named NoClone however the fresh upload.com software had a pest that did not record NoClone, therefore another item was posted to get a pay-per download bet. The bet couldn't be terminated and we was billed US$3846.5! Cnet didn't reaction my reques to stop the bet, I've no option but inform the planet how Cnet did business poorly. This isn't my very first time undergone payment issue together!
