Membership fee cleared bank - no membership - NO RECORD OF ME?

Feb 13 = Chk #478 for $37 for new membership
Feb 23 = Check cleared bank NORTHERN TRUST, 801 Canal St., Chicago, IL
Feb 24 = Called customer service to verify & was told 'NO RECORD OF ME'

6 Calls later (with no callbacks or help from customer service) and I am still
"NO RECORD OF ME".

One simple response should clear this all up (which I unfortunately have not received) is "Is Northern Trust, 801 S. Canal St., Chicago, IL your bank??? As this is the bank that accepted my check.

Do not trust ge money or aarp motoring plan!
