Installing the wrong equipment, then trying to charge me for it

I ordered dish network for my home. I called and asked for the online advertisment that was 9.99 per month plus 5.00 for local channels for the first 6 months, then 34.99 per month for a 2 year contract. The technician came out, hooked up the wrong receiver that had DVR capabilities. I got my bill in the mail and they tried to charge me 19.99 per month for 6 months, then 39.99 per month for a 24 month contract. I called them to ask them to correct this and they told me that there was nothing that they could do because the receiver was already in my home and the only other option was to cancel my service for a 300 dollar disconnect fee. They basically did not honor what I had originally ordered, and now are trying to get me to pay for it.
