I named Great Sam Teamis Ongoing Support Strategy on 1-9-09 to advise that I was selling my motor coach and requested them for termination guidelines. They recommended that I really could move the ongoing support program protection towards the new owner by faxing them the brand new operatoris info. I also requested them-not to consider the automated withdrawal from my charge card on 1/13/09. They recommended that so long as I recommended them of the termination just before 1/13/09, that there wouldn't be considered a withdrawal.

Good Sam got the 1/13/09 cost and acknowledged it towards the new operator. The agreement says a notice is needed.

I called Good Mike on 1/21/09 and again on 1/30/09. I had been informed on 1/30/09 that I ought to have browse the agreement (The agreement claims that the one month notice is required.) and never obtained spoken directions from Good Sam. The support representative laughed and stated "You're out-of fortune".

I sent a to Sue Bray, Executive Director, Great Sam Club on 2/16/09. She'snot bothered to react.

I'd claim that, when you have a Great Sam Club Extended Support arrange for your motor-coach, you browse the agreement, nor contact them for info or directions. If you should be contemplating investing in a Great Sam Club Extended Support Strategy, I'd recommend to not. Their support is, without exclusion, the toughest support that I've actually obtained from any organization.
