Observed my phone back, I tryied to contact, After I was speaking with the worker

I ask him if he is able to check up on my telephone, He Informed me to email him and hang-up on me. Then I email plus they state, they were likely to delivered my telephone, and they'll return to me having a tracking number. Thats was 5 days before. I email them again and that I got no responce. I been attempting to contact but no solution.
