They are charging me $2.27 for a 15 min call but the calls cut off saying i am making 3way calls and im not! They are charging me $2.27 for 1,2, 3, and up... Minute calls

I spend about $200.00 a month on Tnetix calls to talk to my son. They say you will get 15 minutes on your collect call for $2.27, well at least 25-30 % of my calls get cut off or droppped. So I am paying that same price for 1,2, 3, and 4 minute conversations. The company is now only giving back credit for the one minute calls, which means I am paying double to talk to my son because everytime the call drops he calls me back again...
