Numerous people including myself have had to threaten, do charge backs and fight with them. They blame everything on UPS and USPS, and make all kinds of excuses why "Your order was lost" "The post office screwed up" "We had the wrong address" "The item WAS in stock but now it is NOT"
This is all a ploy to use your money as long as they can.
