Made online purchase of goverment grant cd was to receive it in 5-7 days I called the 800 number to cancel my order and got a busy signal or the phone rang until it hungup and went to a busy signal. I was out of town on business for a couple of weeks and when I returned I found an additional charge of 74.95$ on my account I called my bank and was told that because I started the first transciation that it was up to me to get my money back. This is my first step to get my money back even if it is only 80.00$!!!
