Avoid SEEK Careers/Staffing at all cost - Will waste your time and throw out your tests And Mequon

First off, Just a bit of background - SEEK has closed up shop in Menomonee Falls (a while back), and I'm sure it was because of situations like this and their lack of caring and poor customer service. They still have a "shop" open up near Mequon. I have confirmed it is the same owner/people who ran the Menomonee Falls store and when I called to complain and talk to the main owner they knew exactly who I was.

I went to SEEK to find a decent graphic artist / publishing job. Little did I know I was seriously wasting my time. I took a full test of my skills (took around an hour if I recall) and I was told I scored extremely high and they would have "No problem" finding me a job.

Well time lapsed... And lapsed and I kept asking them what was going on and no word from them. I finally stopped in to ask what on earth was going on and if they even sent my information to any companies. The "non-caring" office workers seemed very zoned-out and not interested in talking to me at all. When I pressed them for more information they said they threw out my resume and test scores... I'm like WHAT?! They said if I wanted a job I'd have to retake the tests. I was so upset by this point I'm like I don't know if I even WANTED to work with this loser company anymore. But against my better judgment I started taking the tests again. Half way through I was just so upset by the rude treatment of these front desk office workers (Who seemed to be sitting there gossiping about me while I was test-taking) and the total incompetence of this company I couldn't sit there anymore and just walked out.

To no surprise they closed their doors not that long after. I guess other people got sick and tired of their lies and them throwing out people's paperwork.

I called to complain to their main office (Which is still open in Mequon) and the "manager" up there knew who I was and was extremely rude and short with me on the phone. It seemed to me in the short conversation I had with him that the nasty office workers at the Menomonee Falls office must have transferred up some notes to that office about me "Unwilling to complete test" or some other nasty gossiping is going on, otherwise how would this person I never met know me? He just put the icing on the cake for showing how UNPROFESSIONAL and IDIOTIC this company is.

Avoid at all costs - i got a *real* job without lining the pockets of a garbage company like this!
