Delivering wrong items

I visited the Brian's Bridal shop in Brooklyn to purchase my wedding dress along with other products. The advisor was useful, but used to do not understand that when she was charging me, she place in the purchase not the corset I attempted within the store, but a totally different design. I taken care of the mixed shipping of the things to my house address in another condition. A couple weeks later I acquired a contact stating that I have to get the corset in the shop. It was not a choice, to begin with, since I'm from NYC, and also the corset # was not the same as what I attempted within the store. I called the shop. First, the assistant quit me on-hold transferring to somebody who wasn't buying up the telephone. I hung-up after 7 units, named again and requested her to check on that somebody is able to get before transferring me. She attempted to compain, but I understood from my trip to the store that she's resting actually nearby in the affiliates and may simply change her mind and demand them. Then I invest about 20 minutes speaking with an associate at work. He attempted to speak me into many choices that needed more cost, for example shipping of various deals etc. I insisted they must deliver me the corset I attempted within the store, as well as my gown, that shipping I'd been already billed. Lastly, we decided on these problems and on reimbursement of the distinction in cost of corset (the main one they attempted to drive on me was more costly).

Today, it has been 8 weeks since my visit. They sent a container having a corset, that will be neither what I attempted or the main one they attempted to deliver before. It doesn't match me. I attempted to locate a corporate contact of Jesse's Bridal, however they don't supply and feedback or contact forms online. I will just attempt to contact the store in Brooklyn again, or quit and purchase the corset I needed online, obviously for an additional cost. I'm really upset with this specific "support" of pressing on me the things I've never attempted or requested, with the lack of contact info to obtain touching the organization.
