Toughest customer support encounter in decades

I requested a product subsequently discovered a relative had bought an identical one like a present. Therefore prior to the Heartland purchase came, I named Customer Support to describe and questioned just how to return without incurring delivery. Was advised to decline in the doorway or go to some UPS middle easily missed the driver. Affirmed, I missed the driver. Following day, required the unopened offer to some UPS middle (Staples). Got a return monitoring slide. Three nights later, exactly the same bundle reached my doorway, again while I had been not house. Called Heartland. An individual identifying themselves like a boss had no persistence for that tale. Perspective, attitude, attitude! Though a Heartland client for more than 17 years, no present to assist using the shipping or just to comprehend that I merely did exactly what a Heartland repetition. Explained to complete; and that ought to have now been logged-on my purchase display. Main point here: aside from the irritating conversation having a alleged boss whose impudence is trumped just with a business that's evidently dropped 'center' because of its clients, it is charging me $8 bucks for delivery. No surprise Heartland doesn't donate to client evaluation providers such as this one.
