Toy Persian and Himalayan kittens... Shipping ripoff!

I tried to purchase a toy himalayan from Craig Paulson of www.suzycattery.com He "brought the kitten to the shipper" and I got a message from them this morning that due to bad weather conditions an insurance fee had to be wire transfered to them (out of the country) that would be refunded upon delivery of my kitten and ok from my vet. I sent the money and now have not heard back in hours. I decided to google this Craig Paulson and United Cargo Transportation and see that it is a scam. I have no way to get my money back!!!
