Online WDW merchandise store does not deliver what they promise, awful customer service San Mateo California

On January 5, I ordered a necklace from the online company Treasure Kingdom (they provide Walt Disney World merchandise). I received emails stating that the necklace was shipped on January 9. It is almost 2 months later and the necklace has not arrived.

Three weeks ago, I emailed them asking if they could locate the product for me through USPS. They said "no problem, we'll have it for you on Monday." Three Mondays have came and went, no response.

I have emailed them 5 times and NONE of them have been responded to. I have even used different email addresses to see if they are avoiding me... Nothing.

I have no idea where the necklace is or even if it was sent at all! The necklace wasn't cheap, $100.95 USD

Needless to say, I have given them plenty of chances to either apologize for it getting lost and either sending another one or a refund. They have offered nothing to me at this time. The least they could do is say "we are sorry for this. We will do whatever we can to fix the situation." But no, they ignore my emails. So they obviously do not care about customer service or satisfaction.

There is nothing on their website about articles being lost in the mail.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau today to see if they can help me. I should find out what these jerks have to say for themselves in about 10 days.

And surprise, surprise... I'm not the first customer to file a complaint against them.
