False advertising rip off

Phonecardsavers.com has false ad on the net. I bought a $20.00 northern card for 270 minutes and when i used it the first time i was given only 146 mins.
I was told that it changes with different regions in the philippines but this was not stated on their ad, it just said "calls in the philippines".. What a rip off.
