Took money and did no work!

I hired Mr. McCoy to represent me against the DMV in September.

By October, he said he was filing all the paperwork with the Orange County Superior Court. After he emailed me confirming me had done this, Mr. McCoy VANISHED until January! His voicemail was full, the office secretary had no idea where he had gone, and he answered no emails!

After investigating him online and finding other telephone numbers for him not intended for his clients, I contacted him and FINALLY got in touch with him and he acted like everything was fine and my case was still "pending" and he would call me soon.

Then, I talked to another attorney and was informed that the CASE WAS NOT EVEN FILED WITH THE COURT!!!

When I accused Mr. McCoy of this he acted like he had no idea about this, and said he would "sort things out immediately and get back to me in 24 hours".

3 weeks later, NO RESPONSE from him and once again he is 100% IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of!

Ripped me off close to 4k, and now I am waiting for the Bar Association complaint to get my money back!

THIS GUY IS A THIEF, and a LIAR, and has been suspended before.

Consider yourself warned!

Suing Mr. McCoy is also a lost cause because I am pretty sure he has no money because at one time his cell phone & website went down due to "billing issues" it said. What a loser!!
