Orkin ignores current termites

I've had annual pest support from Orkin for quite some time. On 6-14-08 my house was fumigated. On 2-3-09 the Orkin inspector told me I have termites in the table in my dining room. Therefore the fumigation was inadequate. Since 2-3-09 Orkin will not return my calls. I've named often and voiced to some assistant who claims the individual I have to talk to is hectic or in a gathering. Meanwhile my home has been broken. At least, I have to possess the home fumigated another period. This is expensive.
