Rip-off scammed

As with most of the complaints for this company I was called saying I will be receiving free magazines. The way everything is presented does not leave the consumer to with the knowledge that they'll be paying just under $1,200 at $39.90 a month.

And to top it off, I'm getting double billed which leads me to believe that I somehow got in their system twice. Of course, because of the fine print I didn't cancel the transaction within 3 days of receiving my "Final Customer Copy" so that's out of the question. My only option is to close my checking account and open a new one. Has anyone gotten any help in getting out of this ripoff scam?
