Blacked-Out Station and 20-Minute Hold for Customer Service

A subscribed-to station is being blacked out again. I was put on hold for customer service for 20 minutes before I hung up. I don't see DirecTV in the future in this household without some sort of communication from DirecTV.
I will be communicating with the BBB and my state's rip-off hotline. I'm also confident that they'll reply to me before DirecTV.
