A subscribed to station being blacked out again. Being put on hold for customer service for 20 minutes before i hung up. I don't see direct tv in the future in this household without some sort of communication from direct tv. I will be communicating with the BBB and my states rip off hotline. Im also confident that they'll reply to me before direct tv
